Introducing Tyler Coad - Our Dedicated Sales Leader!
Tyler Coad joined our team in June 2024 as the Sales Manager for the GTA office. With a keen eye for developing effective sales processes and building strong customer relationships, Tyler has quickly made his mark in our organization. Specializing in sales process development, sales skill development, and customer relationship management, Tyler has brought fresh perspectives and strong leadership to our sales team.
As the Sales Manager, Tyler is responsible for overseeing the overall sales leadership of the GTA office, focusing on developing strategic sales initiatives and guiding the team toward success. His role also includes shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and developing dealer support packages in collaboration with DraftLOCK Windows. Tyler’s leadership is instrumental in creating an environment of growth and high performance within our organization.
He has successfully led initiatives with 12% year-over-year growth from July to December 2024 despite challenging industry conditions such as reduced rebate programs and a harsh economic landscape. This accomplishment showcases his resilience and ability to adapt and drive success even in uncertain times.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys camping and mountain biking, activities that allow him to recharge and reconnect with nature. He lives by a simple yet powerful motto: "Always do the right thing, even when it’s hard or no one is watching, and the outcome will never let you down." This philosophy drives his commitment to integrity and excellence in all aspects of his life.
